Tenants can view unit details, lease Contract with Payment Details and other documents, submit maintenance requests and check their request status in real time. They can also raise a Maintenance Request using the mobile app against their Unit and Property. It also shows the details of the leasing Contract with all the payments done and due. They will also be notified about any announcements made by the builder and also remind them priorly about the upcoming due dates and payments to be done.
